/ A Temporary End /

Hey guys..

So, stuff has got busy lately, and, it's not feasible for me to keep up the blog to the standard I was a few weeks/months ago, so, although it's not ideal, I've decided to stop blogging for the time being.

The views have gone down quite a lot recently, and, I get the feeling that it's just not what it was. I'll still post from time to time, but, I hope you all appreciate my reasoning, I just can't keep up day after day. I think 167 Days of blogging is quite enough for now.

I'm going to carry on Tweeting and vlogging, but, yeah.

Thank You to EVERYONE for all the support I've had, and watch this space, there may be some new things in store from me to you all.

Love to you ALL,

Day 167

I'll update you all tomorrow, going to bed now!

SUCH a hard day!

Day 166

Guess who's on a essay break?! I'll give you a clue... me.

Interesting day..

Go have a listen? This is what I did earlier:

Like, comment and all the rest of it.. >.<

Day 166

Sunday/Monday night was possibly the worst night's sleep in a LONG time. I was tossing and turning until about like. 5:30 in the morning? So, yeah, as nights go, it was one to remember, but for the wrong reasons.

I did get up feeling... unusually ok this morning. I got a lift into school, and arrived. And I don't really remember what happened from there.

So instead, here is a summary of my day in rhyming couplets:

I awoke today, feeling quite grim,
The skies were grey, the sun was dim,
A lift to school was really needed,
'Don't make me go!' I sorely pleaded.

It was a Monday of course, lest I forget,
My bag was packed, my mind was set
For a day at school, more lessons to learn,
More poems to study, and my bed to yearn.

It began, no less, with poets themselves,
Wordsworth's poems to which we delved,
To study the beauty and power of earth,
The feelings created, the joy and the mirth.

English again, and essays once more,
An hour ticked by, that hour: a bore.
Needless to say, many plans we made
For essays to write in the coming days.

And then, after break, the day went ahead,
History began, and I craved my bed,
It's not that the Boers aren't that exciting,
But the politics of England weren't that delighting.

A maths lesson now, and lo and behold,
It wasn't too fun, not wondrous nor bold,
The sequence of numbers, and how they progress,
A plan for the day did somewhat digress.

It was time to go home, and about time too,
I do love leaving at a quarter to 2,
My mum picked me up, so I could drive back,
I gave Chris a lift, though he didn't see black.

An adventurous drive, so some may say,
Possibly my worst attempt of the day (!),
Alas, I got back, all in one part,
And I sat down for lunch, a culinary art!

Driving again for my lesson soon after,
"You have to treat these things with laughter"
So said my instructor, on me doing wrong,
Not great driving: no dance and no song!

I came home after that, and I assure you this,
This day'd been long: it was taking the piss,
As back out I went, to go down to the theatre,
My driving, not great, it should have been straighter!

I had a good evening, I cannot deny,
A cockney Robin and a biscuit: SLY
Though it seemed on my behalf,
Plenty of fun and plenty of laugh.

I came home, but then didn't stay long,
For back out I went, still going strong,
To see my lovely Fiona, my sweet,
For Valentine's Day: I owed her a meet!

I didn't stay long, and quickly came home,
So to write my essay, for my attention did roam,
On what to write, about who and when,
But that's the problem with school, yet again.

And that is my day, my poem, my life:
I hope I haven't occurred too much strife,
For the poem is over, as is this day -
And into bed, I will now stray.

Day 165

So, I fancy something a little different blogging tonight. I dunno why, I have a feeling you probably don't want to hear much about my life, though it was a FANTASTIC day, perhaps I should offer my opinion? I dunno. What do you think? Well, it doesn't really matter, because that's what I'm doing. :)

The problem is, I have no idea what to offer my opinion on. :s I could tell you that I'm a little annoyed my iPod just ran out of battery? -_-

No, but, that wouldn't really encapsulate the mood of what I'm trying to say.

Music. What IS music?

I recently bought a book off eBay, the 1884 Edition of 'The Concise Dictionary of Musical Terms' - and indeed the question was posed in the beginning of the book.

It's such an interesting question I think, because music means different things to different people. It's a form of entertainment, a form of art, a form of expression, a lifestyle, a hobby, a ways to earn money, a passion, and yet, it all still comes down to the production of a certain set of frequencies.

For those of you who seek a great deal of pleasure in music, as I do, how can we begin to explain how the consequent vibration of our ear drums manages to shake our soul? Does it even do that, or does that happen because we WANT it to happen. How can one write such edifying scratches on paper and have them translated into emotionally shifting masterpieces?

The answer is.. well, I don't know.

It's the same principle for art really too. How can a series of paint blots on canvas move us emotionally? Again, I don't know.

This is why I like to believe in the idea of a soul. I know, I may be being OVERLY philosophical now, and it may all be a little far-fetched, and I'm not exactly a massive spiritualist, but I like the idea that music, and indeed art in general, the art of expression is the communication of the soul, from one to another, even from one to itself.

And I shall leave you to ponder on that thought.

Day 164

Eugh. Up, Work (which was a fucking drag), drove badly home, Skyping Nick, which is nice at least.

Photo for today?

She is so beautiful.

Lyrics I think.. hmm. Actually fuck it. Today can just finish.

Day 163

I like Fridays! Well, this Friday in particular :')

I got up, got a lift to school, arrived, pranced about a bit before getting VERY excited that it was Born This Way Friday! :O :O :O

Anyway, after registration, in which my form tutor (a senior lady..) told us all that she had been signed up for internet dating. AWKWARD?

I had a free period next, I sat there, slightly unamused, I hit Will in the face with my spring loaded umbrella and felt AWFUL about it! William! I AM SO SORRY! <3 I was talking to the big JC in the sky (Nick Crandon) as well in this period, which is ALWAYS nice :)

Next came Maths, and... ok, are you seated? I UNDERSTOOD THE WORK! SHOCK. BLIMMIN'. HORROR.

Period 3 and 4 entailed FREE PERIODS! *Score* and Nick kindly invited me back to his where we chatted and it was lovely :) so nice to get to know someone better, and, as it turns out, Nick and I are almost equally retarded in our habits.

Back to school, where, I FIRST HEARD LADY GAGA'S NEW SONG ON MY PHONE AND O.M.G. I FELL IN LOVE. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

It's incredible.

I had law in the afternoon where.. well, where nothing really happened. NOT GUILTY! :P

I got picked up at the station by Beckie and Juliet and I went back there for a bit, and that was so lovely to have a proper catch up and it was all nice and everything. Thank You! :)

Came home, had some REALLY nice steak (thanky'arr mummy :D) and then didn't do a lot except SING :L - I found a vocal score, so, I was singing along to it all rather well :) - Although.. how's THIS for a piano part?!

I went out tonight for the most AMAZING catch up! Aah had such a lovely time, really nice to see you! Definitely gonna have to see you again soon :D

Right, so, here we are, I may wack on a bit of GaGa and leave you to your evenings!

Day 162

God ALMIGHTY! I'm so tired. Well, no, I'm just exhausted.

I got up, relatively ok-ish, got to the station where it rained, really quite hard. Needless to say the FUCKING train was delayed and this made me wetter, and, I wasn't pleased at all. ¬_¬

Go to school to face a 5 period day. Which, was a struggle. Double English Lit, Double Law and History.

I have to say, we watched a FRICKIN' AWESOME film called '12 Angry Men' which, I actually loved, despite it being 53 years old :P

English Literature entailed an INTERESTING theory.. which I nicknamed the Bell Jar Theory :') Well, erm, Harry and I got to it actually, and, its 'real' name was: The Theory of Individual Human Coincidence and Coexistence.

Mmm. I might write that book one day. :P

The Bell Jar part came from the illustration I used to explain.. and, it's kinda long and weirdly complicated. >.<

Theatre tonight, lots and LOTS of theatre.. I'm exhausted. Really, SO tired.

Imma go now.. The VLOG is uploading now, wait and see for the link in half an hour or so..

Day 161

So, as a lot of you gathered, last night, I wasn't in a very good mood at all.

Stuff happened last night, and yeah. Tuesday. Meh.

Wednesday was an alright day if I'm honest. I woke up, kinda, just about, went off to the station, met Ben, wished him luck, got to school, did little. Said goodbye to Will as he buggered off to London. I had law first, more looking at politics and its influence on parliament. (Y)

History was looking at the method of evaluating sources, which was about as much fun as law. Then, it did cheer me up to know that critical thinking had been abolished. Except, it's been replaced by supervised silent study. GREATTTT. I bet you're dying to know what I did in that time. Well readers, this. :

"You have a Vajazzled Vajayjay"

While you're around.. go check out me playing (''''playing''') music. I wrote it in a free, and yes. Go, go!

That's all. <3

Day 159

The number 159 is another number I dislike. So is the day of Monday, simply on principle. I guess things I don't like out of principle is quite a large category, encompassing a lot and many, examples include: Hitler, Satan and Gillian McKeith.

Before I begin to talk about my life, might I just add that some people need to pick themselves up a bit and stop fucking moaning all the time. I mean, I know I rant, and I know this is a moan, but, I enjoy life! Considering how lucky to be here, who I am, what I can achieve, whose who are with me, seriously people, just stop dragging your knuckles along the floor and do yourself (and everyone else in the process) a favour, and cheer up! Shit! Life's not so bad y'know.

Monday then.
I woke up and got a lift to school, where, I sat and talked for a bit, then there was a free period. And then another free period. Sittin' on the toilet. No, not literally, just to wind up Harry. Talking of Harry, this is what he looks like when he's 'deep in thought' ;)

I then, pretty much had a free, sat in the tech box texting and stuff while the assembly went ahead. Then, it came to maths, and more mechanics. -_- Which, well. I mean, I did it. I didn't enjoy it though.

Came home, was at home for a little, even had time to fit in a drive with mum and an episode of 'Escape to the Country' - And then back down to the theatre :L

This evening was working on monologues with Fiona, somehow managing to remember an entire speech (?!) - then rehearsals carried on until about 10 this evening.. had a quick phone conversation with Johanna, came home, and started on writing this.

The next VLOG will be coming out some time this week, and I think, on that note, I'll leave you all to the rest of your evening. :)

Day 158

Evening everyone, are we all well?

Right, quick things before I get going.. I'm up to 33 Questions on FORMSPRING so, I'm going to have to split the next video into two parts over the next week to keep the times down. You can ask questions, should you want to, just click the link there, or send them on the side of the page.

27 followers now on Twitter: you can keep up to date with things going on in my life here:!/LIFEBLOGLIFE

And now, back to Sunday.

Well, after I woke up, and had very little time to get dressed, but, I got down to the theatre about 10:20ish? And in that time, Tom, Gary and I were rigging, re-rigging, positioning, focussing and programming lights, which sounds mundane and a little like. Ooh fun (!) - but, it really was! It's been a LOVELY weekend.

This was where I heard 'Mistaken Identity', which has become one of my new favourite songs, it's by Delta Goodrem, and you can have a cheeky listen over on YouTube > LINK < - She hits the high notes at the end with SUCH power and grace, it's SO beautiful.

I spent the evening with Fiona, and, I must apologise for falling asleep a couple of times in her company! I feel terrible, but, we had a really LOVELY (:D) evening actually. Fiona had a few of her derp moments, the most classic being that she thought people took toilets with them when they moved house. (Y) *raised eyebrow*

Anyway, Monday tomorrow, eh? Such Fun, I'm sure.

Have a wonderful evening!

Saturday, 5 February 2011

Day 157

Well it's been rather a tiring day, but a great one if I'm honest!

Was awake in plenty of time to make a tomato and sweet chilli pasta for lunch, and then was picked up for my driving lesson, which didn't actually go too badly, just not QUITE there yet :L

I then got dropped down at the theatre where I spent most of the day up a ladder :)

YAY lots of lights! I actually had a really nice day with Tom, who it was really nice to talk to again! :D

I'm back there tomorrow to focus, direct and maintain lights and all yeahh! Should be a gooooood day!

That's about all for tonight, remember to keep up with me on FormSpring for next Wednesday's VLOG, and then you can always head onto Twitter as well!

That's all for tonight I think; have a wonderful rest-of-weekend :P <3

Day 156

Well, thank FUCK it's Friday. Such a long week.

Woke up, within reasonable time this morning for once, and train with Ben, school, kinda loafed and chatted, and then school. School was easy as today: History cover (iPod, a little bit of work), Maths: Random Friday maths work which was pretty much nothing, and then as law was cancelled, home at breaktime! I got home, watched some Project Runway (yeah, and?) - and then went driving with mum after lunch. That was interesting, the driving wasn't TOO bad, except for one corner, which was. Well. Shocking. My poor mother. :s

I didn't do too much this evening until going for a curry with Dan, Wililam, Harry and Alex this evening, which GENERALLY speaking was a really nice evening, despite the amount of abuse I got!

I miss the summer.. so much. D:

Happy Friday.

Ashtray. <3

Day 155

Anne Robinson Impression *Thumbs Up*

OK, let's knuckle down and write this thing.

I got up today, rather tired. Well, VERY tired. Trudged slowly to the station, where upon I encountered that straggling tramp I call my best friend. Needless to say, I would see him many a time today.

I got to school, and less than impressed, I had to go and print my Law project. That took forever. No, it really did. We then went back to the hall to set up for a presentation on GCSEs for the year 11. IT'S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN :'D

Law: Social Media and it's affect on law making in Parliament. YAWNNNNN.
Maths: Kinematics in 2 Dimensions - YAWNNNNN.
English: Half and Half Lesson, Literally, spent a whole half an hour talking about off topic random crap! I think we're going to cause our English teacher to have a mental breakdown. :s

I had a free after this.. which consisted of little except discussing most disgusting things, and yes. Hat. :L

FIRE DRILL - AT LUNCH. -_____________-

That was thrilling. -_-

I had History in the afternoon which included some MOST innappropriate comments from Mr Holyer, and we were looking at the battles of the Crimea.

Here's one of Will. With a Musket.

I went home then, and, erm.. OOH. Uploaded the next VLOG!

I saw Ben this evening, long complicated chats, but, love really. tbh. :') <3

Remember to ask questions for next weeks Q&A :)

That's all Folks!

And also, hello to whoever is reading on the iPad; I envy you.

I didn't manage to upload the VLOG yet, but I will, and the link will be on tomorrow night's blog post. School was somewhat uneventful, had theatre this evening, an interesting driving experience, and, yeah. Erm, I'll get back to you all soon. In the meantime, here's a picture of Harry eating a Wagon Wheel, who's new slogan is: "You've gotta grin to get it in!"

Day 153

Don't fret, here I am again.

I had such an incredible walk to school today.. simply because of the sky.

So Beautiful.

Anyway, got to school, had saxophone, where I picked up my clarinet for the first time since about June, that was interesting! :L Then, had a double free period, where, well, I really didn't do much at all. Except got the piss taken by Nick & Kevin. Oh sorry, banter. ;D

Ermm.. ooh, then orchestra. Which, as per usual, was hilarious. Alex and I kept the OrchestraLad up :P - yes, this meant mentions of sexual abuse, cats and Alex putting his flute up his bum. Standard.

Maths next.. aha. Yeahhhhh. TANΘ GRAPHS. Or not. :L That lesson passed, eventually.

Mum decided then to take me through the town centre which is like. MANIC. And needless to say, there was a FUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKIIIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGGG VAN THAT DIDN'T INDICATE AND PULLED OUT AND OMG. How difficult can it FUCKING BE?!!?! ¬¬

I think we just passed 13500 views.

Ask questions for the Q&A, either on FORMSPRING or in the box in the right-hand panel!

I'm now missing My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding because of a Rudyard Kipling essay! -_-
